Red Dot Shooting, Inc. Return Policy:
Most items sold by Red Dot Shooting, Inc. may be returned for credit within 30 days from the ship date.
To initiate the return, simply e-mail sales@reddotshooting.com and let us know what you are returning and then date shipped. Please use the United States Postal Service to Red Dot Shooting, Inc., 646A Eyster Blvd., Rockledge, FL 32955. Please attempt to make sure that the item is an acceptable condition [including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). We must receive your item back within 45 days of when we originally shipped it to you.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, your account will be reimbursed for the purchase price less any restocking fee that may be applicable. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for special order items. If we have shipped your purchase incorrectly we will happily pay the returning shipping and will provide a return shipping label.
Please remember that the customer is responsible for providing the correct product information when the order is placed.
We cannot accept the return of certain items, including [but not limited to):
- Undergarments, batteries, factory-closeouts, special orders and other products, as noted on
product sales literature.
